Crafted from ABS shell and 304 stainless steel probe, it is powered by a CR2032 battery (battery included) and has an monitoring range from -50 to 300 Celsius (-58 to 572 Fahrenheit) with a precision of +-0.8 Celsius. The resolution is 0.1 Celsius/Fahrenhe, and it can measure in 2-3 seconds. The white backlight display enables clear reading even at night, and the readings on the LCD screen can rotate automatically with the gravity-sensing design. Comes with Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion, 0 Celsius calibration, maximum and minimum value records, temperature value locking, and automatically shut down after 10 minutes of inactivity. it has strong magnet on the back and the wine opener on one side. The probe can rotate up to 210 degrees for multi-angle temperature measurement.
